Terms of Service for Firstgevity Virtual Wellness Program

1. Services Provided

Firstgevity (“Contractor”) provides the Client with a personalized virtual wellness program designed to improve physical, mental, and nutritional health. The program includes:

• Virtual mobility training, yoga, PT/strengthening exercises, breathwork, and meditation

• Mental wellness and nutritional support tailored to individual needs

• Monthly check-ins to track progress and make adjustments

• A 24-week structured program designed to enhance overall well-being

2. Guarantee & Participation Requirement

Firstgevity guarantees that if the Client does not feel better than they do at the start of the program, we will continue working with them for free until they do. However, this guarantee is subject to the following requirement:

• The Client must fully follow the personalized plans provided, including engaging in the assigned mobility work, PT exercises, yoga, breathwork, meditation, and nutrition plans, as well as participating in monthly check-ins.

3. Access and Use

• Access is provided exclusively to the Client.

• The program is personalized and cannot be shared, transferred, or resold.

• All resources, videos, and materials remain the property of Firstgevity and are for personal use only.

4. Program Duration and Check-Ins

• The standard program duration is 24 weeks.

• Clients will receive monthly check-ins to monitor progress, provide accountability, and make necessary adjustments.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment confirms acceptance of these terms.

• All payments are non-refundable once access is granted.

6. Liability

• The Client assumes all risks associated with participating in the program.

• Firstgevity is not liable for any injuries or health issues resulting from participation in mobility training, PT/strengthening exercises, yoga, breathwork, or nutritional changes. Clients are advised to consult with a medical professional before starting any new wellness routine.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which the Client resides.

By accessing the Firstgevity Virtual Wellness Program, the Client agrees to these Terms of Service.
